ABOUT Ms. Vee Ms. Vee provides professional, detail-focused beauty and clinical hair services tailored to enhance your look, scalp health, and confidence. Each appointment is handled with care, precision, and a commitment to quality, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from consultation to final result. To provide the best experience and maintain a balanced schedule, services are offered on designated days: - Install appointments: Mondays & Tuesdays - Clinical services: Wednesdays - Styling and all other beauty services: Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays All appointments are request-based and must be approved before confirmation. BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY - A valid card on file is required to book appointments. - A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all service appointments. - Deposits will be applied toward the final service balance. All consultations require full payment at the time of booking to reserve your appointment slot. Consultation fees are non-refundable and do not apply toward future services. Appointments are not guaranteed until payment is received and the appointment request has been approved. APPOINTMENT APPROVAL All online bookings are submitted as appointment requests. Please wait for a confirmation notification before considering your appointment confirmed. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Clients who fail to show for their appointment may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total and may be required to prepay for future bookings. LATE POLICY Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, depending on appointment availability.
