Every appointment is approached with care, precision, and a commitment to delivering a personalized client experience. NAT-U-REELS™ BOOKING SCHEDULE To provide the best client experience and ensure dedicated time for each service, appointments are scheduled on designated days: • Monday & Tuesday — VMicrolocs™ Installations • Wednesday — Consultations, Scalp Analysis, Scalp Detox & Advanced Scalp Therapy Services • Thursday — Closed • Friday–Sunday — Existing Client Maintenance Appointments If you're unsure which service to book, please schedule a consultation first. BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY • A valid card on file is required to request an appointment. • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all service appointments. • Deposits are applied toward the final service balance. • All consultations require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable. • Appointments are not guaranteed until payment is received and the appointment request has been approved. APPOINTMENT APPROVAL All online bookings are submitted as appointment requests. Please wait for an approval notification before considering your appointment confirmed. Appointment requests are reviewed based on service selection, provider availability, and completion of any required intake forms. REQUIRED INTAKE FORMS Certain services require a completed intake form before an appointment request can be reviewed and approved. Please complete all requested forms promptly to avoid delays in appointment approval. Required Intake Form: https://forms.gle/jFpQQh8WiYLSQV6r7 CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total and may be required to prepay for future appointments. MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY A 24-hour notice is required for any appointment changes or cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service balance, which must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled. LATE POLICY Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, depending on appointment availability. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or forfeiture of the appointment at the provider's discretion.
